So what if NIGERIA is among the Members of ORGANISATION OF ISLAMIC COUNTRIES?
Don’t MUSLIMS have the inalienable right to associate with Muslims of other countries under an Umbrella that unites them; OIC?
Why the cheap Blackmail through an impetus of religious intolerance and outright bigotry from many Nigeria Christian?
Why all the melodrama and half truth ”muslims wants to take over Nigeria” and leave them(Christians) in the Darkness of Isolation?
The Muslims in Nigeria have not only being slandered but have also being called all sort of names In Secret and public under the guise of WE ARE PROTECTING OUR OWN or WE ARE SPEAKING THE TRUTH.
THE UNENDING QUESTIONS ARE;
1. WHY ARE MUSLIMS IN NIGERIA NOT ABLE TO GO FOR ANYTHING BENEFICIAL WITHOUT A CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION CRYING FOUL ON THE MUCH ARCHAIC AND DISREGARDED CLAIM: Muslims are Islamising Nigeria ( slander and blackmail )?
2. WHY CAN’T MUSLIMS HOLD SOCIO-POLITICAL AND SOCIO ECONOMIC POSTION WITHOUT BEING CONFRONTED WITH A BACKLASH FROM CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATIONS?
For example, prior to the 2015 Presidential Election, A Muslim( General Muhammad Buhari ) who contested against the current president, a Christian (Good luck Jonathan) was labelled with all kinds of allegations. One from the many allegations was that, HE WAS GOING TO ISLAMISE NIGERIA, AS HE WAS THE SAME PERSON WHO SIGNED NIGERIA INTO THE ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC COUNTRIES IN 1985.
During the Buhari campaign, tracts and hand bills were produced just to set record straight to the innocent public who may not be aware of the reality buried behind bars initially by Political Religious propagandist. Below is one of the tracts_›

It continues by saying; as a Head of state, 11 out of 19 Governors appointed by Buhari were Christians. Today, his personal aides and domestic workers are mostly Christians.

Can his actions be said about other previous presisdents( who are Christians)?
Does one have to do all what Buhari did just to show that he is not a Religious Fundamentalist.

Yet, you can never see Muslims playing the propaganda card like the one CAN (CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA) did.
You can never see Muslim organisations attacking a Christian president with slander.
You can never see Muslim organisations crying foul when the Christians in Nigeria under their Ecumenical body(CAN) identify with their Christian brothers or Christian organisations outside the shores of the Nigeria.
We ask the thundering question;
Why can’t muslims in Nigeria join the organisation of ISLAMIC countries under the umbrella of Nigeria as a country?
And so what if NIGERIA is among the members of organisation of Islamic countries?
Here are the main issues and we will focus our sturdy ink into explaining every detail of the questions we asked. Moreover, we have to precede that with a statement of THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF CAN( Christian Association Of Nigeria), Dr. Olubunmi Okojie.

It is respectively absurd, and monumental rebellious for somebody of the status of cardinal Okojie to make such spurious allegations and illusionary postulations. It is an act of adding salt to injury for somebody whose very Religious scripture says;

The statement above is psychotic, deliberate Misinformation to deceive the layman and general populace.
There is no where in the OIC objectives, goals, plans or condition does it say before one becomes a member, Sharia must be established in one part of a country. In short, amidst his false hood, tangible and indelible fact stand sturdy and tall.

How can Sharia be enforced in countries whose major religions are Christianity? The four countries I mentioned above were admitted into the oic not because Sharia was enforced and practiced at any point in time, but because they had Muslim populations. The same can be said of Nigeria, not because of the hypothetical postulations, falsehood and misrepresentation by Dr Okojie. And not to forget that Nigeria Muslims are large in population. So, if OIC can allow GABON Muslims of 6.4% to be among member state, what about Nigeria whose Muslim Populations (more than 50%) at that time(1986) was far higher than that of Christians and other religions put together.
To crown it all, we issue a simple challenge to show us a document that has its replica with OIC where it is said; Sharia is the basis of joining oic and the organisation is called : Organization of Islamic countries.
Though, we know our challenge is not achievable by Dr Okojie, but we further want to double prove his deliberate deception.

Fortunately, amidst the AIMS of OIC , you clearly saw;

So, it seem the challenge for Dr. Okojie has expired. From the primary source, we see they aren’t calling countries or forcing countries to start enforcing SHARIA. This is a monumental shame; a supposed man of God will lie just to entrench his ideology and deceptions in the mind and heart of Christians. Consequently, to Hamper the free social interactions and interrelations of Nigeria Christians with their Muslim neighbors, sisters and brothers. This is not only devilish but irreligious and inhuman.

Most Reverend Alfred Adewale Martins’ was reported to have suggested in the online edition of the Daily Independent on Monday, May 24 2004, that Nigeria’s membership in the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) is the cause of worsening religious intolerance in Nigeria.

Christian populations of other countries appreciate the wisdom of their governments for joining (The OIC and) institutions like the IDB that grant interest-free loans, their countries have neither introduced the Sharia nor have they become Islamic republics.

The Organization has consultative and cooperative relations with the UN and other inter-governmental organizations to protect the vital interests of the Muslims and to work for the settlement of conflicts and disputes involving Member States. In safeguarding the true values of Islam and the Muslims, the organization has taken various steps to remove misperceptions and have strongly advocated elimination of discrimination against the Muslims in all forms and manifestations.
So, we advice the hierarchy of Christians to stop playing the cards of deception and their enjoyment from the disconnection between Christian muslim interaction and interrelations.
Peace shouldn’t be undermined because of personal gains and hate.
