PALLIATIVE: SOUTH EAST MUSLIM ORGANIZATION OF NIGERIA ACCUSES EASTERN STATES GOVERNMENT OF MARGINALIZING INDIGENOUS MUSLIMS.
The President of Ansar-ud-deen society of Nigeria Alhaji Dr. AbdulRafiu Ademola Sanni, represented by the Society’s Chief Imam and National Missioner, Sheikh AbdulRahman Olanrewaju Imam Ahmad on Saturday afternoon received the Acting President of South Eastern Muslim organization of Nigeria (SEMON), Dr. Suleman Agha Afikpo in company of the South West Zonal Chairman, Alhaji Adam Ugwuanyi and other members of South West members of the Organization, on a courtesy visit to the Society’s leadership at their headquarters in Lagos.

A video of Mallam Sirajudeen from Enugu State, recently went viral, because of his fluent speaking of his mother and father tongue (Igbo) accompanied with Arabic language, while preaching in the national mosque, Abuja.
Preaching in the Igbo language is not new. But, the wave, that of Mallam Siraaj generated, seems to be more overwhelming compared to previous videos of the Igbo Muslim preachers.
Ustaz Barrister Suleiman Njokwu is a Muslim indigene and citizen of imo state.
He is the recent chief imam of Shell camp mosque also known as imo state central Mosque.

Alhaji Yusuf Chinedu Nwoha died a day or two to the Celebration and commemoration of Eid Adha popularly referred to as “Big Sallah” by Nigerian Muslims.
He died in Abuja Okene Road from motor accident while heading to South East (Igbo land) to join his families in Celebrating the “big Sallah”.
